Dear clients and friends,
Hopefully, you listened to and enjoyed my two podcasts (Comparative Elder Law: New York and NY Medicaid Planning – A Comparison) hosted by my friend and fellow Elder Law attorney, Robert Fleming of the Elder Law firm, Fleming and Curti, PLC. If you haven’t listened yet, you can find them on our website, www.davidowlaw.com Click on the Media & Resources tab on top, and then choose Articles.

Just click then sit back and literally Listen to Lawrence! Soon we will begin to release some of our own podcasts discussing topics you’d be interested in so please let us know if you have something in mind.
For now, click here https://elder-law.com/lawrence-davidow-explains/ for Episode #69:
Lawrence Davidow Explains the Secure Act.
JUST ONE NOTE:
While discussing some specifics of the Secure Act in this podcast, I mistakenly mentioned that if someone was MORE THAN 10 years younger they could stretch out distributions over their lifetime, when I should have said, if someone is NO MORE THAN 10 years younger. All the examples I gave to explain this situation are correct, it’s just the slip of the tongue that I wanted to call your attention to!
I hope this helps.
Please forward this information to your friends and relatives.
As always, please send me your questions and/or ideas for our upcoming podcasts. If you are thinking about it, others are probably too, so the information I provide will no doubt help you and many others.
Let’s stay connected.
