For now, click here https://elder-law.com/lawrence-davidow-explains/ for Episode #69:
Lawrence Davidow Explains the Secure Act.
JUST ONE NOTE:
While discussing some specifics of the Secure Act in this podcast, I mistakenly mentioned that if someone was MORE THAN 10 years younger they could stretch out distributions over their lifetime, when I should have said, if someone is NO MORE THAN 10 years younger. All the examples I gave to explain this situation are correct, it’s just the slip of the tongue that I wanted to call your attention to!
I hope this helps.
Please forward this information to your friends and relatives.
As always, please send me your questions and/or ideas for our upcoming podcasts. If you are thinking about it, others are probably too, so the information I provide will no doubt help you and many others.
