From time to time, I get a request for an interview and most articles usually focus on Elder Law or Estate Planning in general, but this time, I was asked a specific question that I answered in understandable terms and I’d like to share it with all of you.
The blog I was interviewed for is called Scary Mommy and they asked me to tell them all about Powers of Attorney, especially Durable Powers of Attorney. Now, I knew their readers would obviously consist mostly of mommies, so I figured that they wanted this information for the parents of their readers and I was right. But remember, everyone should have a durable power of attorney so I hope the mommies reading the article realized that the information was also meant for them!
Here’s the link to the article, https://www.scarymommy.com/power-of-attorney/ I hope you find it helpful and I ask you to pass it on to those who may not yet have a power of attorney or may not understand why they should.
If you have any questions after reading the article, as always, just let me know.
I hope this helps! Please forward this information to your friends and relatives to share these informative articles which answer some very commonly asked questions.
And, if anyone you know would like to receive these articles, just have them email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll add them to the list!
Please send me your questions. If you are thinking about it, others are probably too, so my answers will no doubt help you and many others.
Let’s stay connected.
