Christina A. Wilcox relies on her fine-tuned knowledge and extensive experience of more than 20 years in Estate Planning and Probate and Estate Administration to head the firm’s department where she successfully manages many probate, administration, and trust administration proceedings.  Ms. Wilcox’s practice area also includes commercial and residential real estate where she handles purchasing, sale and finance transactions.

Ms. Wilcox received her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in English with a minor in Biology from the State University of New York at Binghamton and then went on to earn her J.D. degree from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law in 2002.  She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and all New York State courts.  She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, and Trusts and Estates and Real Property Sections of the New York State Bar Association.

She serves her local community in many capacities, such as volunteer and member of the Hauppauge Athletic Association (Board of Directors), committee member of the Hauppauge Swim Club, President and Team Manager for the Hauppauge Women’s Softball League and is very active in the New York State and local Parent-Teacher Associations.
