Hariklea (Lilia) Baialardo is a Partner who joined Davidow, Davidow, Siegel & Stern in 2008.  She concentrates in the areas of estate tax planning, business and corporate law, real estate, elder law, probate and trust & estate administration.

Ms. Baialardo provides valuable assistance to all her clients including sophisticated estate tax planning for the personal and business needs of her high net-worth clients, navigates professionals through the process of buying or selling their business, oversees Medicaid asset protection planning for families, and administers the estates and trusts of those that have passed.  She also forms not-for-profits and prepares and files estate and gift tax returns. Her experience of more than15 years allows her clients to benefit from her knowledge as well as her patient and compassionate demeanor.

Ms. Baialardo graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University at Albany in 2003, earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2006.  She has previously worked for the Article 81 Guardianship Part of Mental Hygiene Legal Services, Appellate Division, Second Department on Long Island as well as with the New York State Law Revision Commission where she was responsible for researching and drafting legislation amending New York State’s General Obligations Law on Durable Powers of Attorney.

Lilia is licensed to practice in New York, is a member of the Elder Law and Trusts & Estates Sections of the New York State Bar Association, is a member of the Elder Law and Surrogate’s Court Sections of the Suffolk County Bar Association and is committed to public service.

Personally, she dedicates her time to her husband, two children, church and community.  She enthusiastically agrees to speak to the elderly, their families, business owners and with anyone else who may need planning to protect assets they have worked a lifetime to acquire.
