Maureen Wynne is an Associate Attorney at the firm focusing on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Estate Litigation, Guardianship and Medicaid.  She brings eight years of Elder Law experience and a dedication to the field fueled by her desire to provide compassionate legal assistance to families struggling with the complexities of caring for a loved one in times of crisis.

Maureen uses her degree in Accountancy to prepare accounting proceedings for probate and administration cases as well as to prepare intricate Medicaid applications for her clients.  She also has experience in Special Needs Planning and drafting crucial documents such as sophisticated wills, powers of attorney and health care proxies.

Maureen received her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip, New York where she focused on Trust and Estates studies and received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Elder Law before graduating Summa Cum Laude.  She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island.
