Patricia F. Baxley is an Associate Attorney with Davidow, Davidow, Siegel & Stern, LLP, where she focuses her practice on Medicaid planning, Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Trust and Estate Administration. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she received the Excellence in Estate Planning Law Award.
Patricia has experience drafting a wide range of legal documents, including Wills, Trusts, Health Care Directives, Powers of Attorney, and Prenuptial Agreements. She works closely with individuals and families to develop comprehensive plans that protect assets, preserve eligibility for long-term care benefits, and address their estate planning and elder law needs. In her free time, she enjoys long walks with her dogs, Loki & Thunder, going to farmer’s markets in an effort to become a better cook and making memories with her family.
