The Medicaid eligibility thresholds change every year. Today I am alerting you to the Medicaid 2024 asset and income thresholds. To be eligible for Medicaid in New York in 2024, you must have no more than $31,175 in assets (of course there are exceptions, like retirement plans) and $1732 in income (plus a $20 income disregard).
