CLIENT QUESTION:

If one has an irrevocable Medicaid trust that they no longer like, can they

make a new one that would revoke that irrevocable trust at a later day

after the new one is 5 years old?

MY RESPONSE:

If I answered this one thoroughly, we would be here all day. Suffice it to

say that you may be able to change SOME of the terms of the trust, SOMETIMES. 😊

To properly answer this question, I would need more facts…so it is time for

a consultation! The bottom line is that there is much that we can alter or

revoke under the proper circumstances.
