Hi. I have a timeshare that has become a burden. Can I transfer it to my son, and does someone in your office do that?

MY RESPONSE:

The real question is which do you hate more, your timeshare or your son? My clients ask me every week, “How can I get rid of my timeshare?”  If your son accepts this “burden” with his eyes open, the proper procedure is to call the timeshare management company, and they will process the paperwork.
