Jason Colasuonno is a talented and experienced Paralegal well versed in Medicaid and Trustee Fiduciary Management.  In the Medicaid department, Mr. Colasuonno is responsible for preparing and submitting Medicaid applications for both chronic and community-based needs; maintaining cases and adhering to deadlines imposed by the Department of Social Services; communicating with financial institutions in an effort to obtain required proper documentation and working closely with clients throughout the application process.  In the Trustee Fiduciary Management role, he monitors and manages accounts that are held in trust for beneficiaries; manages properties held in trust to ensure all payments and maintenance are up to date; and is ultimately responsible for the accounting and distribution of trust assets to the proper beneficiaries.

Mr. Colasuonno has eight years experience as a paralegal.  Prior to joining Davidow, Davidow, Siegel & Stern in 2019, he worked for another Elder Law and Estate Planning law firm where his focus was on Medicaid and drafting of legal documents.  He received his A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Suffolk County Community College and is a Notary Public.

Mr. Colasuonno is an avid sports fan, enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
