Ms. Jablonsky brings a wide and varied background of practice areas to the firm. Early on she was responsible for the gathering and preparation of legal research and a memorandum of law of legal topics including real estate, personal injury, matrimonial, landlord/tenant and elder law. But it was her experience with the drafting of trusts, wills, health care proxies and powers of attorney that initiated her interest in elder law. She focuses on elder law and estate planning issues, specifically Medicaid eligibility, asset protection and providing her clients with long term care planning advice.
Ms. Jablonsky is a frequent lecturer on elder law and estate planning issues in an effort to educate the public to their options regarding long term care planning, has written several articles that have made it to publication in various law journals and contributes to the firm’s weekly newsletter.
She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1998 and is an active member in the Suffolk County and New York State Bar Associations. Additionally, Ms. Jablonsky practices in the areas of Real Estate, Business Transactions and Corporate Law.
