OUR OFFICES ARE OPEN!

After three months of working from home, I am more than happy to announce that we have opened our offices to our staff and clients. It feels so good to once again get a taste of the normality we once took for granted.

But let’s get real! The COVID-19 virus is still around so we remain extremely concerned for your health and the health of our partners and staff…..and frankly, our health too. So while we are open, things will look and feel a little different.

The following is what you can expect when you call for your next appointment:

LET’S GET VIRTUAL!
First, you don’t always have to come into the office. One thing we learned during this pandemic is that we can now effectively communicate by phone or virtually by using technology like FaceTime or Zoom. This is not for everyone but it remains a viable and preferred option.

PATIO PLANNING TM
Second, if you are not comfortable meeting virtually but still do not want to come to our office, we are now offering what we call PATIO PLANNING TM . We will arrange to come to your backyard and discuss your planning on your patio, weather permitting. We will not enter your home and will keep our distance, but we will get your planning done in a private and safe manner. There will be an extra fee for this personal service, but it remains another option.

OUR SAFE ENVIRONMENT
Third, if you wish to come to our office (and I expect many of you will), we have gone above and beyond to create a safe environment. Of course we are doing what we should be doing, like controlling traffic, taking temperatures, social distancing, wearing masks and sanitizing but what I think sets us apart is that we have hired a full-time employee whose main responsibility is to walk around the office and sanitize all day long (you will smell the Lysol when you walk in). She will also be the only one who will bring you and our staff water, coffee or tea (we don’t want 30 hands on the coffee pot all day).

We are determined to make your experience with us as comfortable as possible. As our protocols progress, I will continue to update you.
