Dear Clients and Friends,
It is all about ongoing client service…

READER QUESTION:

Hi! My husband & I had a trust set up by another elder law firm. I have tried to contact the attorney with a few questions & he never responds! Needless to say, we are very unhappy with this customer service. I was wondering if it is possible to transfer the management of the trust to your firm. If so, is there ANOTHER FEE? If so, what is the cost & the process? Thank you for your time.

MY RESPONSE:

Providing ongoing excellence in client service is a priority of ours. Are we perfect? No, but boy do we try. Things can always slip through the cracks at the best of firms, including ours, but once it becomes an ongoing problem, it may be time to move on. I am proud of our sterling reputation and would be honored if you would allow us to represent you in the future.

IF you require a consultation, we would charge a consultation fee of $475 to review your plan. If further work is necessary resulting in fees greater than $1000, we would APPLY the consult fee to the ultimate fee, resulting in essentially a free consult. The process is to call our office for an appointment at which time we will provide you with a list of all that we need you to bring in for the meeting.  We put aside 1-2 hours for this complete review.

I hope this helps! Please forward this email to your friends and relatives to share these informative answers to some very commonly asked questions.
