Take out your crystal balls:

CLIENT QUESTION:

Here is a question. At what point in time should someone begin to look at estate planning and trusts? Would it be triggered by a certain dollar amount of wealth, a certain age, or some other factor? One thing that concerns me is doing it too young and then having a lot of trouble selling houses, buying houses, and overall losing some control of money to a third party.

Thank you.

MY RESPONSE:

The right time to start the conversation is TODAY!  Every client is different though. Every client has unique life experiences, unique health situations, and unique family dynamics. Therefore, the planning we end up doing for one client would be completely wrong for the next. So, the bottom line is that today is the day to look at estate planning and trusts…but what you end up doing is yet to be determined. All factors will be considered.

If you are asking the question, then TODAY is the day to call us for a consultation.
