Mark E. Posner is a Paralegal in the Probate and Estate Administration Department. He brings over 20 years of legal experience which allows him to assist the partner in charge of the department with coordination, implementation, drafting, and tracking of all cases.
His legal background is extensive and encompasses many practice areas but his execution and drafting of wills and trusts, knowledge of operating agreements, familiarity with probate petitions and real estate experience have truly prepared him for this position within the firm.
Mark received his JD from Touro Law University and his BA from Boston University. He is married with two children and is an aspiring writer looking forward to having his first novel published in the not-too-distant future.
